Your report is being saved to your devise only. To share your report you need to publish it and allow the link access. Follow this instruction to allow the link access before the publishing.
Open your report with Power BI and click "Publish":
When your report will be published click the link "Open (your report's name) with PowerBI". This will make it possible to see your report at the web version, but not to share. To allow sharing follow this instruction on how to set a link access to your report.
If dataset does not update, follow this instruction.
